How does the lottery benefit Special Stars Foundation?

Special Stars Foundation provides a wide and diverse calendar of activities for people with disabilities, alongside a range of support and training opportunities for parent carers

We are a not-for-profit charity, run by a board of volunteer Trustees (90% of whom are also parent carers themselves). We work very hard alongside a team of staff and volunteers to keep our many provisions for disabled people running across Hull and East Yorkshire

Without continuous funding, we could not hire a Hydrotherapy pool, take a group of disabled children to Gravity, or teach parent carers Makaton. These are just a tiny example of the every day costs we incur

To put things in perspective, it costs us:

Play, win and make a difference!
