Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it has not already been processed and shipped
After that, you can, however, return your items

We choose Royal Mail, DPP, Hermes and UPS depending on the size and weights of the order and its destination

What do I do if I receive a defective product?
